The Power of a Personalized, Integrated Approach
You’re unique and so is our approach.
Ayurveda tailors nutrition and lifestyle to your dosha (mind-body constitution), while Integrative Nutrition honors your individuality - your preferences, your lived experience, and your evolving needs.
Prevention is powerful.
Both Ayurveda and Integrative Nutrition emphasize sustainable habits, daily routines, and mindful eating to help you stay well rather than just taking action when something feels off.
Food is more than fuel - it’s functional.
Ayurveda uses whole foods, herbs, and spices to support internal balance. Integrative Nutrition encourages nutrient-dense choices and flexible approaches that meet you where you are.
Gut health is connected to everything.
From mood and sleep to immunity and energy, both systems recognize the essential role your digestion plays in how you feel day to day.
Ancient roots, modern tools.
Ayurveda brings in seasonal rhythms, energetic awareness, and timeless rituals. Integrative Nutrition coaching helps you apply these principles with structure, reflection, and support, allowing them to be sustainable and aligned to your lifestyle.
Insight-Driven and Aligned to You
Personalized assessments and reflections help you uncover what matters most, so your wellness journey is guided by your values, lived experience, and vision for feeling your best.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I miss a session?
No worries. All live sessions are recorded and available within 1 business day. While slide decks won’t be downloadable, the session recordings and workbook provide all key insights.
Will this work if I’m new to Ayurveda?
Absolutely. This program was designed with beginners in mind. We introduce Ayurvedic concepts in clear, approachable ways - no previous experience needed.
Is this program suitable for vegetarians, or if I don’t like Indian food?
Yes! We focus on Ayurvedic principles, not specific cuisines. You’ll get recipe and meal inspiration that is adaptable to your preferences, dietary needs, and cultural foodways. Whether you’re plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-sensitive, or simply unfamiliar with Indian food, we meet you where you are.
What if I’ve already done gut health work?
Root to Rise builds on what you already know. If you've worked on gut health before but still feel stuck or inconsistent, this program offers a fresh, integrated perspective with tools to help you go deeper and create lasting change.
Do I need to cook a lot or follow a strict diet?
Not at all. While we believe home-cooking can be a powerful part of wellness, we understand that many participants also dine out, use meal kits, or prefer a mix of approaches — and that’s perfectly fine. This program provides flexible food guidance rooted in Ayurvedic and integrative nutrition principles, but it does not prescribe strict meal plans or tell you exactly what to eat. Instead, you’ll learn how to adapt time-tested food strategies to your lifestyle and preferences, in a way that feels both nourishing and sustainable.
Can I participate if I’m under a doctor’s care for digestive or other conditions?
Yes — however, this program is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. We recommend informing your doctor and ensuring participation aligns with your care plan.
Will this help me lose weight?
Root to Rise is not a weight loss program. While everyone’s results are different, participants may experience benefits like improved digestion, more energy, and less bloating — all of which can naturally support weight balance. Our focus is sustainable wellness and whole-body health, not intentional or restrictive weight loss
How personalized is this program if it’s in a group setting?
Each participant receives personalized assessments and guidance to align their goals with specific program tools and practices. While this is a group program, 1:1 coaching is available as an optional add-on (at or after enrollment) for those who want deeper support.
Are results guaranteed?
Every person’s wellness journey is unique, and outcomes can vary based on many factors, including lifestyle, consistency, and personal health history. While we provide a supportive, evidence-informed framework rooted in Ayurveda and Integrative Nutrition, we cannot guarantee specific results. This program is designed to help you explore sustainable tools and practices, but your experience will ultimately reflect your individual participation and readiness for change.
What is your refund policy?
Because this is a live, limited-capacity group coaching program with immediate access to materials, all sales are final. Refunds are not available based on individual outcomes or results. We encourage you to review the program details carefully and reach out with any questions before enrolling. A coaching agreement outlining program terms, responsibilities, and expectations will be provided and must be signed before the program begins.
